An evening with no normal rules.
It started with a small beer while looking for the restaurant. Once inside, DiverXO turned the table into a world where nothing arrived as expected and every course seemed to have its own point of view.
Ants, pig heads, mouths, hands and food made the dining room feel more like a performance than a sequence of plates. The drinks were as unpredictable as the food: wine alongside ouzo and raki, carrying the group through the afternoon and deep into the evening.
Sea urchin served on a hand stayed in the memory, as did duck tongues on a skewer that somehow tasted like a Burger King Whopper. It was eccentric, precise and completely itself — the kind of night that makes the photographs instantly bring the whole room back.
