El Nido by Mikuna is special because it is close to home in more than one sense. Maartje, Jordi’s sister, and her partner Alonso are building their first business together, with Alonso leading the kitchen.
Before the official opening, Jordi joined his father, sister and Alonso for a tasting. The plates made the ambition visible: colourful, composed and made with the freshness that gives a small local place real energy.
