Somewhere between the sky and the sea.
We were welcomed at the front door before being led through a completely covered corridor. You immediately lost your sense of time, walking through what felt like a tunnel filled with clouds.
Inside, we received a warm welcome and it was clear that the team had done their homework. We walked through the restaurant, where everything followed the same visual language: glass, clouds and light. It felt like being somewhere between underwater and in the sky.
The kitchen welcomed us before we were brought to our table — a glass table surrounded by transparent chairs.
The evening moved like a carefully timed machine. Wine arrived before the next course; the service was present without ever pressing in. We were kindly asked to mention a bathroom visit one course ahead, so the flow could pause without losing its rhythm.
We were never told what we were about to eat. Afterwards, the team asked what we thought we had tasted. That small mystery made every bite more focused and the act of tasting feel even more special.
When food arrived, a server suddenly stood beside each of us with a plate. After the wine was poured, the bottle remained for a moment to admire — then, without anyone noticing, it was gone again.
