Before it became personal.
This was Jordi’s first visit to De Lindehof, shared with Rob Stad. The photographs preserve the feel of the room: deep green ceramics, precisely composed plates, playful presentations and the unmistakable portrait of chef Soenil Bahadoer.
Years later, the restaurant would become one of the most personal places in the Atlas. These early frames give that later story its beginning.
The first table is often the one that quietly starts a tradition.
