Odille was special long before the first course arrived. Lotte Bloem, once Jordi’s neighbour, had created this refined, confident restaurant together with her partner, chef Casimir Evens.
Jordi went with his friend Rob Stad and Nicky. It became a warm table at a restaurant that felt precise and beautiful without losing its sense of welcome. The open kitchen, calm room and small details made the evening feel connected to the people behind it.

The food moved from delicate opening bites to composed dishes with deep colours, flowers and brightness. This entry holds the photographs now; the longer memory can keep growing when more details return.
